Default GE Profile Arctica PTS25SBMARBS

I have this model and the freezer is working fine, but refrigerator is too warm, even though at coldest setting (9). A few days ago the refrigerator temp seemed to recover, but is too warm again. A year ago the motherboard was replaced. There is no frost in the back of the freezer and there is cool air flowing into the refrig from the freezer. Any ideas before I call the repairman?

Default Sammy rs2630sh, no love from the fridge side

I read entire thread with great interest as I have a 3-year old Samsung RS2630SH that has some ice buildup in the freezer part, but at least it's cooling. Refridgirator side is warm, and no air is coming out of the vents.
It appears that there are many things that can cause this, I'm wondering if anyone has any pointers on where to start? I'm probably too stupid, but Gene's first post left me dead on my tracks as I can't seem to locate the defrost timer to complete the first step.
I dowloaded SAM0096.PDF, but it didn't have any information reagarding defrost timer in it.
Many thanks in advance!

P.S. When I search for RS2630SH, I get results for Maytag fridge under the same model. Is it the same fridge, just rebadged for Samsung?

I don't have a thermometer to check, but ice and popsicles are frozen.

Gene,
Is the defrost normally part of the sealed system and cabinet liner warranty?

Default GE Profile Refrigerator PTS25SBMARBS

Hi, can someone tell me where the condenser coils are located on this model. I believe it is in the back (have to unscrew metal bracket), but I'm not sure. Amazingly, GE has no appliance tech support and the owner's manual does not identify. Thanks!

Diagram 3 shows the evaporator behind the cover in the back of the freezer.
