refrid freezer not getting cold
Model Number: 10653609201 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
what is wrong the frig and freezer are not getting cold can i replace it myself.

Did you see any frost on the back panel in the freezer?
Does the compressor run? Does the fan inside the freezer run? Does the condenser fan (next to the compressor) run? I need you to answer on all questions plus as more specific information as possible. Best regards. Gene.
