Freezer not working properly
Model Number: RB215LABP Brand: Samsung Age: 1 - 5 years
My freezer control panel is on the outside of my fridge/freezer. the temp for the freezer goes up and down, it can range between 25 & -12 at any time...but it will not freeze the ice for the ice maker and the food in the top basket is defrosting but the food in the bottom basket stays frozen...it makes no sense to me..I've pulled the back panel off and cleaned everything, but still doesn't change anything.
