Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I thought I had this problem resolved by replacing the start relay but that did not work. The compressor unit tries to start-up but shuts down within 1 minute. Not sure what to do next. The unit is just over 5 years old and I cant believe the compressor is wasted already. Any thoughts? Thanks

Unfortunately the compressor is gone.

The compressor has to be replaced and you need a certified tech to do it for you.

I had a feeling that the compressor was gone. After checking with the Mfg. the unit is still within warranty, but only by days so I lucked out. Guess I will play it safe and buy that extended warranty next time I buy a new fridge.
