the circuit board at the rear is clicking. clean condenser coil & changed cfm but clicking continues. comp dont work my neon tester shows flickers when placed on L1 & L2 in same pattern as clicking sound from circuit board. voltage is incoherent to unit

Check for 120 VAC (using a voltmeter) between the J7-9 and J8 at the main control board. If the reading is incorrect, replace the main control board. - The main control board Part number: AP4436216
