I'm trying to figure out what should I replace first, the freezer part it's freezing okay but the fridge where I keep the food it's freezing it all too, so what could be the cause?

I bought it used from somebody and he told me that someone have checked it and said that the heater was bad in it, but searching for the part it seems that there are more than one part that's called heater so I don't know what to order.

you have the same fridge as mine just a newer model. from my experience; there are two heaters in the fridge section. one of heater is part of the coil behind the cover assy, the second heater is in the cover assy. you would have to disassemble the cover to access to it. it is really simple. The second heater is designed to heat the water tank so it wont freeze.
