The arm on the ice maker broke. Is this an easy replace. I have service scheduled for Wednesday this week and its $100 just for him to take a look!

I have the same problem...I have a Monogram ZISS420DRFSS, Model# LH033128. I can see one black screw on the upper inside of the ice/water door. I removed the screw but nothing happened. I didn't want to tug on the plastic until I learned a little more! So, is it possible to remove the exterior plastic and change out the dispenser, part# AP3192458?

can't see the point of these websites if no one bothers to answer. And yet when I called the 1-877 number way back, when I ordered the piece, I was assured someone would help.... something to bear in mind for all new viewers.
