I need to replace a shelf support in the freezer. I have located the part number aph412506, but I have no idea how to remove the old broken piece. I'm sure it's simple but I don't want to damage anything. Thanks for the help

Most of them are a plastic rod and steel wire, they just twist off with a pair of pliers, twist couterclockwise. On the new one, first clean the pliers and push it in and twist clockwise.
