Default How do you remove face plate from LG ice maker to repair chute?
Model Number: LRSC26915   Brand: -other-   Age: 5 - 10 years   
Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com
Have an LG side by side refrigerator with ice maker. Had to buy replacement parts for ice funnel and digital plate for ice maker, but cannot remove cover over the front of the display to get to screws. Need to remove it to put in the funnel frame. This is the cover or faceplate that sits on top of the dispenser on the outside of the freezer door. Please help!

You have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and this is a very good site for manuals and other info for the appliance repair DIYer.

Thank you Denman. I thought I had joined the site because I registered and am now classified as a junior member. I spoke with a sales rep from appliance part pros and she suggested that I post this question on the forum. I do not see where manuals are available on the website.

I am logged in on the site and I do not see an area marked "Downloads". Is this on the "Home Page" or somewhere else? Can you be more specific?
