Model Number: ed25twxdno1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
the frig just stops cooling i adjust the thermastat and it starts cooling again works for a couple of hrs or days and stops cooling again

Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL ED25TWXDN01 REFRIGERATOR | AppliancePartsPros.com Since just turning the temperature knob gets the unit working, it sounds like the thermostat (Item 9 in Section 3) is sticking open intermittently. I would replace it.
