I ordered the stud shelf support from you - Part #AP3061908 and now cannot figure out how to install it. I have removed the old stud, yet the new one does not seem to snap into any of the three holes in which I need to install the studs. What am I doing wrong?

It has to be rotated CW for about 90° to lock it up.
