Model Number: ED5GHGXMQ00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I have an icemaker that has a broken drum. I have gotten the new part and have taken most of it apart. I have it to the drum, auger, and blades. My question is...how do I get the auger apart from the drum. I think it is to twist off but there is nowhere to hold it with out getting cut by the blades.
