I have replaced ice despensing door solenoid and still ice will not drop into glass. I have tested solenoid and it works fine. But when plugged into curcuit board, I have no voltage to the solenoid when I press the the button. Water is fine. I replaced the curcuit board about two years ago thinking it would solve my problem but didn't. Please help!!

What is the complete model number of the refrigerator?

Which circuit board did you replace?

Gene.

Kenmore Model # 363.9552510...The curcuit board I replaced about two years ago is the Module Time Delay part# WR55X0131...The board looks ok, no burn marks or any indication of problems, but who knows. The Solenoid ASM works fine when I test it. But I have no voltage when installed. No voltage coming from the Module Time Delay to the solenoid when ice needs to despense.
