OK, I checked the forum and understand my problem is probably the defrost timer/defrost heater/temperature control. I located the defrost timer and turned it clockwise. It switched of the compressor. I checked the heater, no heat ohm check is 23.6, so it should be good. defrost thermostat needs to be cold and its not. best guess is the thermostat, unless some else knows additional trouble shooting I can do.
