the drive blade came loose from the plastic circular thing, so the blade is not pushing ice out so that it comes out the door drive blade part # ap3959143

Is there a simple way to replace just the blade? How do you do that? What tools do you need? How long would it take for a novice?

Or do you have to buy the entire ice tray dispenser part # 241860803

Please help with least cost expense to fix and easiest fix...thank you
