Hi, we have a whirlpool fridge and I don't have the model number as I'm at work but I ordered two wire shelves for the freezer from you guys:

AP3843779 (2174249K) Shelf-wire

Unfortunately I don't know how to seat them in the freezer. The left side of the shelf just goes into two holes. But the right side appears as though it needs something that the shelf can rest on, either a stud or some kind of rail. Anybody have any ideas as the parts diagram didn't clearly indicate what to use? Currently there are two square holes that look like something could be seated on them. Thanks very much!

Need a model number.
They may use these shelves in several different unit.
