Hello. First thing to check. Part number: AP4079373
Compressor Starting Device - This refrigerator compressor starting device includes the relay, overload with start capacitor. next check the compressor. you can do this with a multi meter. Part number: AP3873826
. The three pins coming out of the compressor will be in a triangle the top of the triangle will be the neutral. the two pins that are the bottom pins of the triangle are your start windings and run windings. measure the ohms across the two bottom pins , should be 10 or less, then go from neutral pin to one of the bottom pins, lets say yours measures an even 10 across the bottom two pins, for the sake of easy math , from the neutral pin to either side should be 5 for the compressor to be good both sides should equeal what you get across the two bottom pins, if one side is really higher than the other say 2 on one side and 5 one the other bad compressor. you can check the start device like this you should have continuity between all three pin holes . Thank you and good luck ! Model 596.52673202
