when we opened the fridge found it not cooling freezer not cooling either. Everything appears to be working. Removed cover in back condenser fan is running and compressor sounds like it is running. Unplugged let it cool and plugged it back in still not working. Any suggestions? Any common problems with this model?

Remove the back cover in the freezer and check how the evaporator is covered with snow. Post the results.

The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

If the evaporator coil is clean then there is a problem with the sealed system. It can be low on Freon or the compressor is not pumping right. Check the manufacturer warranty on the sealed system.

We have the same problem. Remove the bottom freezer drawer. Is the back wall iced over? If so, you need to manually defrost the unit using a hair dryer. Trying to find a repair manual with instructions for ourselves and found this site. My husband has fixed it 2 times, but the high humidity seems to be triggering a failure in the evaporative heater coil.
