The coil in the freezer ices up. I replaced a thermostat on the coil then recently the main mother board. It still goes through the cycle of working fine until I run the auto ice maker then it thaws out and frost the inside of the freezer.

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater comes on to melt the frost. If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure check defrost heater, defrost thermostat. If they are OK the problem is the motherboard.
