Defrost heater was burned out so I replaced heater, defrost thermostat and timer with all new parts. Defrost still does not work. What could I have done wrong or what else could it be:confused:

Describe what do you see when you removed the evaporator cover. Snow or ice, how the evaporator is covered etc.
