hello, I have a true freezer that is not cooling and has ice forming on the small coiled line right before the evaporator. Time for gauge set? Any ideas please let me know , thanks--

Partial frosting instead of complete coverage of the evaporator is a sign of low freon. Yours should still be under warranty.
