My refridgerator is not getting cold at all. I feel no kind of air coming out of it at all and in the back of it at the bottom the cooper wire that leads up to the part that has foam around it freezes up. I have no clue wat is wrong with it.

If both freezer and condensing fans are blowing air and the condenser is cool and not clogged up, you have a clogged capillary line or a worn compressor. To diagnose requires a amprobe and pressure gauges.
