Model Number: 106.53706201 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
My refrigerator is not cooling and the freezer is defrosting. I would be the problem of my refrigerator.Please help.

Is the compressor running? Access is at the back behind the cardboard cover.
If not, turn it off for 5 minutes and see if you hear clicking at the starter when it tries to start. (starter relay) Is the condenser fan near the compressor running? It runs when the compressor runs. Are the condenser coils near the same place warm? Should be warm.
