Fridge is turned all the way down to "1" and is freezing food. Noticed everything in vegetable bin frozen. Have thermometer-kept getting colder, now is at 30.

Most likely the problem is a bad damper control (#420 on the diagram). This is very common problem with Arctica refrigerators.
