Freezer freezes great, got down to 18 below 0. That's not normal! All that cold air in the freezer and none seems to make it over to the fridge side. I have cleaned all coils, check continuity on thermostat, replaced defrost thermostat, replaced the evaporator fan motor, ordered a new fan blade for the evaporator fan motor, checked to make sure that there is no blockage into the fridge vent, the damper door works good on cold control for fridge, turn the defrost timer into cycle and it turned the defrost system on and defrosted the coils and then cycled back in to cold. All seems to be working fine in the aspect of cold air creation and circulation except into the top of the refrigerator side. The bottom part of fridge gets slightly cool, I can feel the air that comes through on the bottom part next to the water resivor tube. Also the air blows slightly into one of the drawers as well as slightly blows from the wall to the door stroage compartment. Now, it doesn't blow very hard or fast, but doesn't blow enought to cool it down ethier. I can't feel any air out of the top vent where the thermostat is. I am at a stand still on what to try next. Now the evaporator fan blade has one blade that is a little bent and has a hairling crack in it. My intention is to replace that blade first and see if this is the cause of the lack of air flow into the top part of fridge (hope so). My other curious intent is whether or not the motor does not turn fast enough. Is there a test to find out whether or not the motor I ordered could not be turning fast enough?

Check the air return (#171 on the diagram) for any blockage. Gene.
