New sound from the bottom, motor turning on then clicking off. Keeps happening repeatedly.

The start relay #10 on the #2 parts breakdown probably bad. However two other things that can cause this are if the coils under the bottom of the refrigerator are dirty or the fan beside the compressor is not running. If you don’t see anything wrong with the coils or the fan disconnect power from refrigerator and pull the start relay off if it is bad it will rattle when you shake it.
