Retaining water

Model Number: FRS26ZRG Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years

We have a side by side frigidaire, which retains at least an inch of ice on the freezer side and an inch of water on the fridge side. It appears that this model doesn't have a proper drainage system.
