This refrigerator was working fine a little noisy but cold --- after moving it in a pick up truck it sat upright in its new location for 2 weeks then was cleaned and pluged in but the lights come on the door seal heats but the compressor does not run--- a neighbor said to reset the fridge but I can not find a way to do that suggestions please???

Are the fans running?

If not could be you are stuck in a defrost mode.
Looks like the defrost timer is under the unit, manually turn the cam to see if the unit fires up. If it does check that it does not have a loose connection. If OK mark the cam and a spot on the units frame and check it after a couple hours to ensure the cam is rotating. If not you may need a new timer. Note the timer may hang up again when it gets into defrost so may still need replacing. One full revolution will be around 8 hours.

Could be you have a loose connection.
If no fans, check at the defrost timer.
If you have the fans, check at the compressor first.
