hi i packed my freezer full one day and slamed the door, my breaker popped in my breaker box i reset it and all the fridge and freezer work now just nothing in my door works like the ice and water despensor also the ice maker is still making ice like it should, i pulled the back off the inside of the freezer and there was a glass tube at the bottom that looked burnt, i believe it is like a heater defrost or something could that be my problem why my ice and water no longer work?
