Ice maker not making ice. New RO system is dispensing water to the kitchen sink dispenser but no ice. GE filter removed because up-stream filtration working fine and replacement for filter housing screwed in as directed.

What else do i check? I have not had functioning ice maker for 5 years. Please help!
