Defrost problem
Model Number: GB2SHTXTS00 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
whirlpool Model # GB2SHTXTS00 refrigerator not cooling. trying to figure out the correct part... I came up with W10165748 control board on my drawings and also 12002756 frost kit...Does any have a picture of the frost kit ????? 12002756 to make sure it is the correct part before I order it...which one do I need?? bobbyharvell@yahoo.com

If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
check defrost heater, defrost thermostat>Refrigerator Repair Guide: How To Fix a Refrigerator - ACME HOW TO.com If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.
