Could someone tell me how to go about removing the evaporater fan motor? There must be a repair manual somewhere that shows the repairmen how to do this. If anyone has a manual or could explain it I would appreciate it.

the original motor is nla .you will have to in stall a universal fan motor . i dont know your mechanical abilitys when modifying replacement fan motor .you may have to reverse windings , shorten shaft, brackets. etc.fan is held on by 2 screws +2 wires +may be ground wire. you may have to remove fan cover good luck or get tech.

I use a SM999 motor, fairly cheap and reliable. You might have to reverse the motor rotor if it turns the wrong way. Most web part sites show parts assembly.
