When I shut the freezer door I think it should create some suction but it does not. What should I do?

Put a $ bill between the door seal and the door frame and close the door. If the bill stays firm and do not fall then the door sealed properly.

After further review the gasket is broken at the bottom of the freezer. If I replace the will it fix the problem. Can a quick fix be to glue it back in place.

If there is no condensation inside the refrigerator I'm assuming the damage is not very big. You probably can tape the broken piece.

There is condensation at the top of freezer. When I open the freezer there are small icicles on the door and frost on the top.
