Model Number: KSRS27QD Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
The ice maker won't dump the ice cubes into the hopper. Makes noise like it is trying, but nothing happens. Used a hair dryer and was able to get the cubes dumped. When water started to fill, it overflowed due to a "plug" of frozen water in the fill hopper. Is this a problem with the mold heater coil?
