My refrigerator has been working fine until a couple months ago when the door quit holding its own to where I opened it. Now I open the door and it slams itself open, it doesn't stop till it hits itself against something or swings completely open and slams against the side of the frig. Can not figure out why, any suggestions? Would really appreciate any help. Thanks:confused:

I think your door has a metal piece at the bottom hinge that could be bent or broken. Watch the operation of the other door at the bottom to compare.

Double check the model number you posted. It should have more numbers like
106******

My refrigerator model number was giving me a fit so I chatted with service rep at Appliance parts pros. He said to use model number 3639550612. I tried it but your website does not have this model number--the rep told me you could maybe help me find the part to order. Please and thank you--help!:confused::confused:
