Amana 18 cf Refrig with Frezzer on top. Refrig is working fine, keeps my beer cold! Frezzer is NOT frezzing BUT is blowing cool air. The unit is approximetly 20 years old. Anything for me to check OR should I call my repair service?

A Model Number may help others help you if you need additional assistance

Here is a good link on basic fridge repair
http://www.applianceaid.com/refrigerator.html

Remove the evaporator coil cover so you can see the coils.

If the coils are heavily iced/frosted over you probably have a defrost problem.

If the coils only have frost on part of the coils, usually where the tube from the compressor enters the coil you probably have a low freon problem. This could be fairly expensive to repair so may not be worth doing.
