Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

I have a LG fridge model number LFX25971ST. The water in the door dispenser quit working. The ice maker still works.
It worked off and on for a few months then finally quit for good. When pressing the button you can hear it click and try to pump but no water comes out. I replaced the filter but it dident help. I think I may need a water valve or solenoid? I found the part number AP4443785 for the solenoid and three different water valves for the same model. Part Numbers AP4441311 and AP4639308and AP4451762.
What part do you reccomend I try first? Thank you very much !

Before I ordered any part I would make sure the line between the water valve and the door dispenser is not frozen shut.

I do this by trying to blow some air through the line.
