I have a French door refrigerator with the bottom freezer, noticed the refrigerator starting to get warm but the freezer is still at temp and everything is frozen what can be the problem:confused:

Hi,

Sounds like it could be a defrost problem. Take a look at the back of the freezer wall to see if you notice any frost build up. If frost builds up it's not defrosting and the frost is blocking the air flow to the refrigerator section.

Thank You for replying to my post... We did take the back off and didn't see any frost but the tray under was full with water. It is working again now not as cold as it should be but until I can get someone out to look. Thanks again
