Freezer/Refrigerator not cold
Model Number: HSM25GFATASA Brand: Hotpoint Age: 1 - 5 years
Side by side Hotpoint not cold, removed frost from rear of freezer, no

Did you remove the cover off the back of the freezer and remove all the ice from behind there? If not you need to do so. Hope this helps!!
