icemaker on the fritz
Model Number: ksrg25fkst17 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a side by side fridge! It's making ice no problem, but when it comes to crushing or dispensing the cubes even, the moter runs but the ice stays in the bin. What could it be?

Is the augur turning with the motor or is the motor bracket slipping and not driving the augur.
If the augur is turning, is the door flap opening to let the ice out.
