Most likely the problem is a bad main control board on the back of the refrigerator.

- The part number for the main control board is AP4297272

Check the wire harness to the freezer door (on top or on the bottom of the door). Disassemble the dispenser front panel (instructions attached) and check all connections. If there is nothing wrong then the dispenser board most likely is the problem. For the correct dispenser board part number post the color of it.
