The ice maker is making ice, but when it dumps and refills with water the water overflows into the ice bucket. It does not overflow a whole lot, maybe 1/8 to 1/4 cup. The unit is a Kenmore model 106.9751721, Serial EE3611886, ice maker 106.626636. Thanks for any help.

If it just started, your water inlet valve may be sticking.Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Disconnect the water line coming out of the valve to the ice maker. Then try the water dispenser. Have someone watch to see if the water stops when you stop the dispenser or is it slow to stop.

You may have an adjustment on your ice maker. Remove the plastic end cover and look for a +- knob you can turn.
