Ice Maker overfills with water causing thick cubes. Cubes sometimes do not drop due to cube thickness.Water spills over into ice container while filling. Tried changing inlet water valve and this did not solve the issue.

you may be able to remove cover from icemaker and turn down the amount of time the icemaker calls for water ...there is usually a philips screw mounted sideway kind of in the upper right corner and you want to turn in a 1/4 turn to the "-" sign...

Jim:
Found what looks like a plastic screw with a slot in the location you mentioned after removing the cover. There is no "-" or "+" so I tried turning it counterclockwise. If anything, it seemed worse so I turned it back to original and then clockwise a good 1/2 turn. I will let you know how I make out. Thanks Gene D |

No its a plastic screw on the outside of the icemaker on the side that you see when you look inside the freezer after removing the cover. Nothing elses is on the outside of the icemaker. I had it out of the freezer. You need to remove 3 screws to get inside where the motor is. Is there anything to adjust in there?
