Kenmore Elite SxS not cool
Model Number: 106.58963700 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
Kenmore Elite SxS Model 10658963700
Does not cool on frig side and freezer is cool but not frozen I can hear compressor run. Bought this unit late 07 - so not 2 years of use. Back is completely solid except for hard cardboard at bottom. Should i open up and clean all this area. I highly doubt it is that dusty yet - But could be wrong Ads By Google Related Models

The first thing I would do is remove the cover on the back and clean the condenser. It has to be cleaned once a year. Also make sure the fan next to the compressor is running. Check if there is no frost on the rear panel inside the freezer and the fan inside the freezer is running. Post the results.
