Check pressure at water dispensor. You should get 5oz. minimum in 5 seconds. Low water pressure is the number one cause of weeping valves. If the supply water line has a self piercing saddle valve ask a plumber to put a 1/4" inlet saddle valve on the cold water pipe.

I can't check that cause i have no water at the dispenser either, there is a self piercing inlet valve and it is open, and this has been happening off and on too w/ no water. Do they have to cut the pipe to install a 1/4" inlet valve that you spoke of ? Thank you for your response !!!

No typically after they shut the water off and remove self piercing valve. the hole can be drilled the correct size and install correct valve.
