Ok, Here is what I have tested so far and have figured out. I tested the ohms on the Fan, The overload, and the compressor. All have passed. I have a non coil relay, so I think it is a SSR, so I am not sure where I can test this. Here is a diagram of the things I tested http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/ctrfs.aspx?part_id=3873993&&model_id=262952&diagram_id=107503

Here is something else I have noticed, if I plug in a extension cord that has a 3 prong outlet, then it trips the GFI. If I plug using a 2 prong cord in to the same GFI, then the light comes on, but nothing happens. I have unplugged the compressor and the fan does not come on with the 2 prong extension cord.

Any thoughts on what to test next?
