I just installed a new gasket on my refrigerator door, but there are several spots where the door does not seal all the way. The edge that is supposed to meet with the frame of the refrigerator does not touch the frame in some spots leaving and 1/8 inch gap in some places. Mainly the places where the gasket was twisted for shipping. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

Most people who do this job by themselves ignore the manufacturer's suggestion to remove most of the wrinkles in the new seal by leting it soak in hot water.
Fortunately, the winkles and irregularities work themselves out over some time. You may be able to speed this up by heating it up with a hair dryer. Just keep it moving, so you won't melt any of the plastic on the door.
You should be able to see it actually "puffing" out as you do this. Patience is the key here.

Yes I had one of the maintenance people in my building install it for me and he did not heat it in water before hand. We'll try the hair dryer solution. Thank you!!
