Refrigerator & Freezer Repair

Have checked and it is not froze up and the fan is running....Could it still be a fan problem due to running too slow?

Cold air enters the fridge through a damper or vent between the freezer and fridge. The evaporator fan in or behind the freezer blows the air through. There is an adjustment to open and close this vent to allow more or less cold air in. Your fridge temp control opens and closes it. Make sure it's open.
Part 304 on diagram 2 is your damper.

Have already checked and have it at the coldest setting.....The fan is running.....Is it possible it is running too slow?

Certainly there is a speed where the fan wouldn't be blowing enough air into the fridge. You should be able to feel the air blowing through the damper in the fridge. There is also a return vent near the bottom which should be open to allow circulation back to the freezer.
