The water dispenser it not working and the ice maker is not working. I tested the ice machine by adding water to the cube location and it worked fine in making ice cubes, but no water is getting to the dispenser.

The water filter needs to be changed even though it has only been 8 months and very limited use. I want to cap the water filter off and not use it. Will this cause any problems?

If I need to replace the water valve P/N AP3192626, I noticed you recommended pulling the water hose from this valve and then pressing the water dispenser to see if it is working? What hose - red or blue side?

The water holding tank in the refrigerator on the right side bottom is not frozen.
