Model Number: ED22DK Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
We just got a Whirlpool ED22DK Refrigerator. When we plugged it in in the garage it worked. But the next day it stopped. If I try plugging it into a Ground Fault, it trips the fault. When I plug it into a regular plug, there is no power to the fridge. I'm certain that there is power to the outlet. Unfortunately, the fridge did get rained on the day before we moved it into the garage. I don't know if it was still damp and we fried something, if there is an internal fuse that needs to be replaced or if we need to let it sit for a couple of days. The manual doesn't say anything about an internal fuse, so I don't know if it even has one. Thanks for your help.
